Anything you can do in the admin, you can also do through your AI assistant. You approve payments and access with a passkey.
Shopping via AI
Your customers' AI assistants find products and fill the cart. The customer completes and pays for the order.
What we don't do yet: in version 1 a shop sells in one country, in Czechia in CZK or in Slovakia in EUR. It has one warehouse and sells physical goods to consumers.

questions
Do I pay anything before the shop goes live?
No. You prepare the shop for free and choose a plan when you publish it. You have 30 days to prepare; after that an unpublished shop is suspended.
Do I need a contract with a payment gateway?
No. Card payments go through Stripe and you set up the account right in krameq. You pay Stripe's payment fees directly, at Stripe's rates. krameq takes nothing from your payments.
What are credits?
Credits pay for AI work inside krameq, such as the built-in agent or generating texts. Pro includes credits worth the plan price every month. They are used first and expire at the end of the month. You can buy more, valid for 12 months.
What happens when credits run out or I hit a limit?
When credits run out, AI features stop. When you reach the traffic or storage limit, we refuse the request that exceeds it and let you know. The shop keeps taking orders and you are never charged extra.
Can I sell to both Czechia and Slovakia?
In version 1 a shop sells in one country: in Czechia in CZK, or in Slovakia in EUR.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Without one, your shop lives at shop.krameq.store.
Is krameq open source?
The krameq core is open source under the MIT licence. We run the hosted version with payments, plans and support.
Do I have to use AI?
No. You can do everything by hand in the admin. On the Basic plan krameq uses no AI at all.
